Friends or Enemies

So this is for the Fans for Cap; Allies or Enemies contest. It took me about a week! Been really sick still so worked on this to cheer myself up.  Copic markers on Bristol Board! Gel pen highlights as well. 

Hm so what is going on here? Well apart from the obvious, I thought I would add that the Winter Soldier is kind of not sure if he should be doing this, and Steve is just shocked at what is happening. This is set after CA:TWS, so Steve has finally tracked Bucky down! Yaaay angst!
